Besiktas Serenity Hotel, Istanbul

I had a decent stay at the hotel overall. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were a bit on the small side and cold, which made my experience less comfortable. The dining options could definitely use some improvement as well.
